WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!!  My mouth is still hanging open in awe after my wedding!  You and the Intercontinental Hotel made my dreams come true!  The night was absolutely perfect from beginning to end and I cannot begin to Thank You enough for all of your hard work and planning to make this night everything and more I have hoped for.  From the cocktail hour with the delicious apps and the cute signs for the Martini Bar, everyone was raving before they even walked into the reception room.  There was plenty of food and the station was great.  It was such a great idea to have the room for Andy and I to enjoy a glass of champagne and some apps together as husband and wife.  We needed the alone time and we thank you for thinking of us and giving us the moment we needed to celebrate as a newly married couple! 

As the night came to an end, I just looked around saddened because I would never see this room again. We were floating on a cloud all night.  As if that wasn’t enough, we got to the room and enjoyed the delicious chocolate cover strawberries and the champagne.  What a wonderful surprise to end a wonderful night!

I had the most amazing wedding possible and I owe it to you!  It just oozed elegance and class, exactly what I was going for.  We have been told and are still receiving calls and emails that my wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to.  I have to agreeJ  Thank you Kristi and ICH from the bottom of both of our hearts for making our wedding dreams come true!  It was a day of perfection and you have given me memories that will last a lifetime.

I felt a strong need to "drop" you a note of thanks.

I am not certain if you played a direct roll in making Sunday September 4th one of the greatest days in my life, as well as the lives of my daughter Betsy and her new husband, Kenny, but I wanted you to know how very appreciative we all are.

From the moment we came to "check out" your hotel in July of 2010 to that most amazing day eleven days ago, we felt the warmth of the entire staff. Our first meeting with the incredible Vasso Power made the decision of choosing The InterContinental O'Hare as the wedding venue as easy and as simple as could be. I cannot speak highly enough about Vasso. Her never ending professionalism, kindness, knowledge,and true desire to create the perfect dream- come- true wedding made us feel like we were her only client. She has her own unique way of exuding calmness, suggesting but not pushing, having an eye for more details than I ever knew existed,and most importantly keeping her sincere promise that Betsy and Kenny would have the most beautiful, amazing wedding ever. And she was right....it absolutely was!

I could go on and on with words of praise for Vasso and your beautiful hotel, but I will sum up my feelings by telling you all that I could not have been any happier with anything that magical weekend.

You truly went above and beyond to create perfection on every level.And for this I am so incredibly grateful.

From my first interaction with you, I knew we were in amazing hands, yet exceeding expectations doesn’t even come close.  Your vision took us off the charts and raised the bar immensely!  I am deeply grateful for the level of service and attention to detail you provided.  Not to mention, a stunning setting, perfect for the event.  And Chef spoiled us with his tantalizing displays and culinary masterpieces that tasted equally incredible. 

The presentation was just right, but your team was right there to deliver a memorable experience with pride and warmth that filled the room.   The rave reviews are still coming in, and that is all thanks to you!  I am happy to share my terrific experience with everyone to entice more business to come your way.
